Are your bags authentic?

Yes — 100%. Every bag we sell is carefully authenticated before being listed. Each bag will also come with a Certificate of Authenticity for your peace of mind.

Where do you source your bags from?

We have a collection of meticulously curated pieces that are sourced from various locations worldwide. The curation process is my favorite part, spending hours every day scrolling through thousands of bags to handpick pieces that speak to me.

Each item is intentionally chosen to align with today’s trends and the refined taste of our community, all while in tune with the vision behind every pick - if we wouldn’t wear it, it won't make the cut.

What condition are the bags in?

We only curate bags that meet our quality standards. Keep in mind that each piece in our collection has been previously loved, carrying a story that may be reflected in its unique character and gentle imperfections. Unless otherwise stated, items may not be in flawless condition. We thoroughly inspect each item and highlight any notable wear or defects, ensuring full transparency.

Can I request a specific bag or brand?

Absolutely! If you’re hunting for something specific, feel free to submit a request via our Bag Wishlist form. We'll contact you if we find a match.

What makes shopping pre-loved better?

Shopping pre-loved is not only more sustainable, but it also gives you access to rare, limited edition, or iconic styles. It also allows you to get amazing quality vintage pieces for a great price compared to shopping new.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada. We're working on expanding soon so stay tuned ♡

Do you accept returns?

At VNTG Luxury, each item in our collection is carefully curated and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
