Shipping policy
At VNTG Luxury, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your order to ensure it arrives safely and on time. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, coverage, and customer support.
Processing Times
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to ship as promptly as possible, but processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada only, directly from our Canadian fulfillment location.
- All shipments are sent via Canada Post or reputable local couriers, depending on your region.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. While we aim for timely delivery, carrier delays due to weather, volume, or logistics are beyond our control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
For added security, all orders over $100 are shipped with additional insurance and will require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure your package reaches you directly and safely. If no one is available to sign, you may need to coordinate a pickup or redelivery with the courier.
Shipping Responsibility & Claims
Once your order has left our facility, VNTG Luxury is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Damaged goods or packages
- Carrier-related delays
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Please note: Customers must cooperate with our team throughout the claim process. We’ll handle communication with the carrier, but any potential refund or resolution is dependent on the courier’s investigation. Failure to provide required documentation (e.g., proof of loss, photos) may impact the outcome.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, including to the United States. Orders are limited to Canadian addresses only at this time.
