All Sales Are Final

At VNTG Luxury, each item in our collection is carefully curated and often one-of-a-kind. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Cancellations

Because we aim to fulfill orders quickly, we do not accept cancellations once a purchase has been placed. Orders are processed immediately and enter our fulfillment system shortly after confirmation.

In rare circumstances, we may consider a cancellation at our sole discretion, particularly for returning customers with a strong order history. However, cancellation is not guaranteed, and requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an item is in transit or in the final stages of fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible.
